Our gate stopped working around noon and we needed it fixed the same day. Corey was able to work us in and Chris came out and assessed the issue, went to the shop and came back with the correct parts. Everything thing completed the same day. We had David come out to fix our garage door tracks last week. It has never worked better! He was timely, got the job done super fast and the quality is great; you can tell he knows his stuff and has been doing it for a long time. Great experience with Spectrum. The roller on the garage door had come off and we couldn't close the garage. Call to Spectrum with technician out within 2 hours. We decided to replace the entire door, so he closed the door for security and was able to come out the next day to do work. Good pricing, very professional and work was done well and on time. Cory was very patient with us during our phone conversations as we navigated through the existing door and hardware removal - and subsequent purchase and installation of new components + a new door. David did an excellent job on replacing my door springs. He was very professional and forthright on his assessment and presentation. They use high quality parts, so the price will not be the cheapest in town, but ultimately my service with them was of considerable value.

Spectrum Overhead Door did a phenomenal job replacing 2- 8 ft wooden garage doors that were way past their time. Cory, Jorge, and the actual installer were all professional and timely accommodating a tight schedule. And the price was right.
The gentleman who installed it was honest and to the point. He offered a couple of options but the best one was to install a professional unit he had on the truck. The new opener is super quiet and works really well.

They were professional, honest, showed up on time, did really good work, explained everything and even recommended some fixes to things that they found on my garage door that would have eventually failed and cost me more. Driveway gate wasn't working correctly, and Spectrum's service rep. came out to inspect. Turned out we just needed a battery replacement for the control panel, which they took care of immediately. Spectrum's service rep. was knowledgeable and professional - will recommend
Thanks Cory! Chris just finished re-alligning my 16 x 8ft door. I watched him the whole time out of interest (not because of the lack of trust) and he is super efficient and knowledgeable. I'm retired but I was responsible for diesel and gas turbine service and overhaul at Stewart & Stevenson for over 25 years so I certainly understand and appreciate good service with experience and effiency by field service personnel. The fact that I called at 9:00 this morning and you all were able to get Chris out by 1:30 was great response but on top of that the service he provided gives you all 5 Stars! Your pricing was also extremely reasonable! My door has never sounded this good; not even when it was first installed back in 2019. My son needs his garage door serviced and he'll be calling you all based on my experience. Thanks so much!

I had issues with both garage doors and called Spectrum who put me on the schedule for the following day. Very shortly thereafter, Travis called back to say that they would be able to handle the jobs same day which they did. The tech did a great job, explaining options and work planned along with pricing. Work was completed very efficiently and quickly. Cost was reasonable and I have no problem with recommending this company. I will use them again if I have needs in that direction but think it will be a long time before any additional work will be required!

We have a garage with a 10’ ceiling and wanted our garage door to go as high as possible to accommodate a car lift so that I can store more cars. Kody and his crew worked very hard to make the modifications and it is perfect. We liked their work and attitude so much we also used Spectrum to add an 18’x9’ tall garage door to our second garage. From the moment we decided we needed a new garage door, to the time of installation was only FOUR DAYS! When I reached out to Spectrum Overheard Doors, I was contacted back immediately and even had a technician out to my home by that afternoon for an estimate. The customer service both on the phone and at my home was STELLAR and the technician, Chris, was professional and skilled. On installation day, Chris showed up on time and I was told the install would take two hours. Literally, it was two hours on the dot. Excellent friendly service! One of the garage door springs broke yesterday and Spectrum Overhead Door replaced both springs with new springs today! (You always replace both springs when one breaks because the other spring is not far behind in breaking due to metal fatigue over the years.) The old springs were 10+ years old.
I learned from Spectrum to routinely use a 'garage door lubricant spray' on my springs and track rollers instead of WD-40. (Over the years, I had been using WD-40 to prolong the life of the garage springs and track rollers.) I paid with my credit card and Spectrum emailed me my receipt. I recommend Spectrum for repairs! I learned they remove and replace the motors too.
While I did not ultimately use Spectrum, but I appreciate their quick response to my request to quote. In addition, their willingness to discuss my repair over the phone since I couldn't meet them that day. After reviewing my photos they were able to give me a price range, but in the end had another vendor arrive and was able to do the repair that evening. Otherwise, Spectrum would have been my first choice. They are staying on my list for referrals and any future repairs. Goodwill goes a long way.
Within a day of calling, a serviceman came out on a Saturday (no extra charge, no trip charge), worked diligently, and got my garage door back working in several hours. He had the necessary parts on his truck, so no delays there. I had explained the problem over the phone when scheduling, so perhaps that helped with having the necessary parts on board. The tech was very knowledgeable, quickly ID'd the problem, and made some suggestions regarding the garage door. Very happy with the turnaround time, the service, the price.
Over all the technician did what was supposed to be done, except that the 2 garage door springs that was installed was a bit pricey for me. I had only 1 broken garage door.
Spectrum did a great job replacing my garage door. Estimated and completed the job in one day including all new garage door, rails and hardware. Hauled off old wooden door and parts. Very professional in all aspects.

My husband contacted Michael at the shop. He sent a tech, Efrain, to our house within an hour on a Friday afternoon. Efrain was very professional and courteous. He explained our options, then made the repairs as requested. He then readjusted my door, made sure everything was working properly, and finished in a timely manner. My garage door spring broke one evening. I called Spectrum for repairs. They repaired my garage door the next day, did outstanding job replacing the springs, cables and rollers. I would highly recommend Spectrum Overhead Door.

Our garage door stopped closing, and they fixed it. Reasonable price. Very timely. Great service. Quite knowledgeable. George helped us. One of the few companies we called where someone who actually works there answers (the owner Travis, IIRC) and that does not charge just for someone to come out.
Our garage door panels bent and jammed due to a bent rail. Jorge came out and did a phenomenal job. He was upfront and honest about our different options and overall cost. We contacted Spectrum and they came out within a few days with a garage door that was a great color match for the house . They were in and out within a half day. Very pleasant and they cleaned up before they left. Hardly knew they had been there except we had a new working garage door.
18 Feb 23 Update: After about 8 years without a problem, we noticed the overhead door was sagging a bit and making noise. If you see this, call for service otherwise...eventually the door jammed and some of the wheels pulled out and the door buckled on one side. We called Spectrum Overhead Doors again, and within an hour they had a Service Tech on site working on the door. Within a few hours he had put the door back together on the tracks. He then serviced the door, lubricating and adjusting it, and we had a working door again, same day it broke. It is refreshing considering all the delays we have these days with grocery deliveries, cars and parts, etc. Our thanks to our service tech and Overhead Spectrum Door, you folks make it easy to be a loyal customer. I just had them install an 18ft garage door. The old one was destroyed by accident and i could not have need more pleased with their service and quality. If you have a gap anywhere in your torsion spring, then you have a broken spring. It is best practice in this case to discontinue use of the Garage Door to protect the motor and other parts from severe damage.
